Amazon shoppers have been left stunned by an £8 concealer and claim that it "lasts all day". The Maybelline New York Concealer costs just £7.60 and has hundreds of five star reviews.
The description for the product reads: "Multi-purpose liquid concealer for covering dark circles, correcting imperfections, sculpting and illuminating skin. Ultra-targeted correction, Natural finish and long-lasting wear, Dark circles and signs of fatigue disappear in an instant."
To use the concealer, shoppers must turn the applicator until the formula is visible appears on the applicator. The product can then be applied under the eye area and crows feet.
The creamy concealer contains ingredients including haloxyl and goji berry which slow doing the process of ageing on the skin. The tip of the applicator is also covered with micro-fibres that ensure coverage on every part of the skin.
Amazon shoppers have praised the product and say its perfect all year round no matter what season it is. Aiysha K wrote: "The best neutraliser/concealer all in one!
"I usually switch between nude and sand depending on the season (I.e. in summer when I’m tanned sand is good and in winter nude is better when I’m paler again) but to be fair you can use this neutraliser on its own as well for your dark circles. Good product!"
Gabi said in her five star review: "Love this concealer, great coverage and smooth application". JHW commented: "Love this concealer. The sponge applicator makes it very simple to apply, it glides on with no mess and the sponge is useful for smudging around eye wrinkles, great product."
Other shoppers found it difficult to use the applicator and said that it didn't offer enough coverage. Just Missy explained: "Impossible to get liquid to come through.
