Cheylesmore

Cheylesmore is a residential suburb in south Coventry. One of the city’s largest suburbs, it expanded to provide homes for workers during the boom of the city’s motoring industry. The area includes Cheylesmore Manor Gatehouse, once home to royals and with its own hunting park, and The Charter House, a former monastery. The larger council ward of Cheylesmore also includes Fenside, Finham, Tollbar End and Whitley.
