One of the best-known board games that has kept players entertained for decades is now available in a special Coventry edition. The new version of Monopoly features familiar city places and features, all woven into the game that sets people the challenge of building up a mini property empire.

The Elephant Building, Cook Street Gate, War Memorial Park and the New Cathedral all make an appearance, as does Lady Godiva - all of which can be 'owned' by players, if they can strike a deal. The Belgrade Theatre, The Burges, Charterhouse and St Mary's Guildhall can also be found on the board. Pool Meadow Bus Station has a 'mortgage value' of 100 Monopoly pounds, with Lady Godiva coming in at 200.

Monopoly's UK distributor Winning Moves said: "Each location has been specially selected for its local interest and broad appeal. The utilities and stations in the game reflect local services, and many spaces are inspired by popular local businesses for an authentic and modern experience.
