Coventry music fans will be able to see legendary DJ Gary Davies in person as he brings his popular 1980s-themed radio show on tour - it’s the show you hear on a Saturday night, live on stage. Together with his producer Johnny Kalifornia, Gary will take you back to the 80s at hmv Empire Coventry for the BBC Radio 2 Sounds Of The 80s: Live Tour on October 4 next year.

Party along to specially curated master mixes and watch as the Sounds of the 80s dancers recreate classic scenes from the decade's films and videos. Attendees are invited to dance to their favourite anthems of the era from artists including Prince, Madonna, Whitney Houston and more.

There might even be a surprise 80s icon or two. So, dress to impress - dig out those Frankie and Wham! statement T-shirts, put on your headbands and leg warmers, and join in as Coventry gets to relive one of the greatest periods of music with a massive party.
