A man has been accused of intentional strangulation. Keith Wagstaffe, of Coventry Road in Birmingham, appeared before magistrates in Coventry on Thursday, September 21, having been charged with two counts of section 18 - wounding with intent and intentional strangulation.

The 32 year old was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on October 19. It follows an incident at a property in Stratford on August 10.
