Researchers have compiled a 35-question survey that takes five minutes to complete and will tell you how long you are likely to live. Questions cover everything from education level to how much sleep you get and give you a score out of 100 - with those scoring more set to live the longest.

The survey was created by scientists at longevity company NOVOS and suggests ways to improve health - with advice on improving diet, exercise, sleep and taking vitamin supplements. The survey was designed using a number of health studies on how to live longer.

Anyone scoring between 0 and 25 is told: "Your health score is very, very low. You need to act now!"

Chris Mirabile, who founded NOVOS, told DailyMail.com: "The score is on a scale of one to 100 and is intended to provide context for how well-aligned one’s lifestyle is to longevity compared to one’s peers. Nobody in the history of the test has scored 100. The average person scores between 50 to 59, and less than 1% of participants score 90 or above. Your score is not your age."

The questionnaire begins by asking users about their lifestyle, such as how much sleep they get but moves on to things such as teeth brushing and the number of close friends. Sleep has emerged as a key way to keep healthy. Experts recommend at least seven hours a night and a consistent sleep schedule.

The survey goes on to ask about stress and whether you are angered easily. A total of 15 questions are dedicated to someone's diet and nutrition. It hones in on how much fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish are eaten.

The quiz asks about alcohol and tobacco consumption. To do the quiz click here.
