For those looking to enhance their experience, here are some options:

A Twilight Spa Experience is for the evenings when you need an extra TLC, or fancy a catch-up with friends, a partner or even experience it on your own.

The half-day experience is from 5pm, with access to the destination spa from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, where you can have 1 glass of prosecco per person, refreshments in the relaxation lounge and hire robe, slippers and pool towel per guest. (this is bookable on Fridays only)

Whereas, a Summer Dream Spa Day is a full-day experience from 10am to 6pm, with the option of a Pink Soft Salt Scrub, a Mini Manicure or Mini Pedicure for 25 minutes, 3 hours access to the spa either from 10am-1pm or 2-5pm with light lunch served from 12-2:30pm. The outdoor pool is also available to use if temperatures are above 15C. This experience is available Monday to Friday.

One reviewer who visited in March said: "Lovely facilities and friendly staff. The treatment was excellent and the food very tasty. A good choice for lunch and a pleasant setting overlooking the grounds."

Another said it's 'amazing value for such a wonderful experience': "Six of us meet at Ardencote at least once a year for an overnight spa break. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, the environment clean and relaxing, the rooms comfortable, the facilities extensive, the treatments lovely and the food, although somewhat reduced in choice, still delicious. It is really amazing value for money."

A third said: "I went for an overnight spa day as a birthday treat with my daughter and had a fabulous time from start to finish. Spa was spotless , back treatment was great in the afternoon, and the destination spa - fantastic . Meals included lunch, dinner and breakfast, and couldn’t fault the food.
