Police have launched an appeal to find a child who has gone missing from Coventry. Officers say they are 'concerned' about 11-year-old Maisy.

Maisy is described as being 5ft 4ins tall and she was last seen wearing grey leggings, a white top and white trainers, said West Midlands Police. The force said say they are 'concerned for her wellbeing.'

Police said the youngster could have travelled to Birmingham. Anyone who sees the 11-year-old has been urged to call 999.

A police spokesperson said: “Have you seen Maisy? She is 11 and missing from Coventry. We believe she may be in Birmingham and we are concerned for her wellbeing.

“Maisy, who is 5ft 4in tall, was last seen wearing grey leggings, a white Nike top with black Nike tick and white Jordans trainers. If you know where she is call 999 quoting PID 436966.”
