Rugby

Rugby is a market town in Warwickshire. It’s the largest town in the borough of Rugby and the second largest town in the county. It has a population of 92,000 and is where the sport of rugby was invented by William Webb Ellis in 1823. Rugby has a strong engineering industry and the first jet engine was built in the town by Frank Whittle.
